Emission control

As opposed to exhaust air gasses, emission gasses are produced by processes, which function without air. In this context, contaminants are emitted in carrier gasses, such as nitrogen or carbon dioxide. LTB systems are deployed in order to clean the emissions to the required limit values. In Germany, this applies, above all, to systems affected by the TA-Luft.

In addition to gaseous organic contaminants, inorganic contaminants, particulate contaminants and aerosols are also treated by Lufttechnik Bayreuth. The use of surplus energy for existing processes or for heating purposes also belongs to LTB's scope of services offered. Thanks to the multitude of components, which have been developed by LTB in the last 50 years, any occurring application demand can be handled through one source, whereby interfaces can be held to a minimum and construction time reduced.

Components are used and combined in such a manner that the entire system represents an operationally safe solution. The straightforward operation takes place via a Windows-based process-visualising program developed by LTB.
