Exhaust air purification

Systems from LTB are deployed for exhaust air purification in many production processes in order to clean the drawn off, contaminant-loaded air to exhaust air limits for the protection of employees. In Germany, this applies, above all, to systems affected by the 30th BimSchV, the 31st BimSchV or the TA-Luft.

In addition to gaseous organic contaminants, such as odours and hydrocarbons, or inorganic contaminants, such as ammonia (NH3), particulate contaminants and aerosols are also treated. The use of surplus energy for existing processes or for heating purposes also belongs to LTB's scope of service offerings. Thanks to the multitude of components, which have been developed by LTB in the last 50 years, any occurring application demand can be handled through one source, whereby interfaces can be held to a minimum and construction time reduced.

Components are used and combined in such a manner that the entire system represents an operationally safe solution. The straightforward operation takes place via a Windows-based process-visualising program developed by LTB.
