Process gas purification

Oftentimes during the manufacture of chemical substances, explosive gasses are created, which are contaminated by the varying contaminants. Due to the batch-type mode of production of small quantities in a multiple of systems, not only do both the quantity and the concentration fluctuate, but type of contaminant, as well. In this context, process gases must be purified to below the required limit values. In Germany, this applies, above all, to systems affected by the TA-Luft.

Process gas purification systems from LTB must, therefore, fulfil a multitude of tasks. In addition to contaminant reduction, the Ex-directives for explosive materials must be complied with through the deployment of upstream safety measures.

LTB high capacity burners are available for the destruction of hydrocarbons, and which are optimally suited for the large fluctuations. Depending on the contaminant composition, concentration and basic local conditions, the processes and components from the LTB program that follows will be deployed. Thanks to the multitude of components, which have been developed by Lufttechnik Bayreuth in the last 50 years, any occurring application demand can be handled through one source.
