SO₂ Scrubber

The spray-scrubber from LTB is a robust scrubber for separating gaseous contaminants. In order to facilitate very close contact between the contaminant and the wash liquid, multiple spray layers outfitted with nozzles are deployed. In this manner, a high degree of separation is achieved with little loss of pressure.

By using high quality metal-based materials or GFK, it can be deployed universally, both at high temperatures and under corrosive conditions, as well as under high pressures.

It is especially suited for the desulphurization of flue gases.
