Adsorptive processes from Lufttechnik Bayreuth store the contaminants without change to the adsorbent. For this, solid adsorption media is brought into very close contact with the contaminants. LTB has many years of experience for selecting the suitable adsorption media, and has the appropriate test facilities available for unknown contaminants or mixtures. The intake capacity is exhausted after a certain operating period and the adsorbent must be regenerated. This can take place on-site or the adsorption media must be replaced.
