Rotation scrubber

The LTB rotation scrubber is a high capacity separator for the removal of the finest particles and soluble gasses. Atomisation of the wash liquid takes place by means of a rotating atomising wheel, which is driven by an externally mounted motor. In this manner, differential pressures are kept low, which allows this scrubber to be deployed for the retrofitting of existing systems. Separation capacity is not dependent on volume flow and is, therefore, constant under variable conditions. By using high quality metal-based materials or GFK, it can be deployed universally, both under corrosive conditions, as well as with standard chemicals.
