Venturi-scrubber

Among the scrubbers from Lufttechnik Bayreuth, the LTB venturi scrubber is the high capacity scrubber most suitable for separating the finest particles. Due to the freely selectable differential pressures, extremely high degrees of separation can be achieved, which are not possible with other comparable scrubbers. Through the rinsed cone and sprayed venturi flute, particles are thoroughly wetted and caking is avoided.

Wash liquid is dismissed, unpressurised, without nozzles and can be conveyed in the circulation system with a high solid matter content. The separation capacity is held constant via optionally adjustable flutes, even with fluctuating volume flow rates. Due to the application of high quality materials or GFK, its universal application is warranted at temperatures up to 1000 °C, under corrosive conditions or at pressures up to 60 bar.
