RTO/Roxitherm
The ROXITHERM from LTB is based on the thermal oxidation process with regenerative heat recovery (RTO) in order to transform odours, hydrocarbons or solvents to CO2 and H2O. The energy required to preheat emission gasses is over 90% regeneratively recovered, so that energy requirements are extremely low. An autothermer operation, meaning without supply of additional fuel, is possible already at low contaminant concentrations.
In addition to standard designs, LTB offers special design models, as well. The ROXITHERM is designed with stainless steel or with raw gas preheating for corrosive gasses and with a hot gas bypass for high concentrations, while a special construction form will be chosen for condensation formation.
